Products ordered, shipped, delivered, checked but not certified okay by our customer shall be returned to us. We urge our customers to check the product to make sure that it is okay. Idealpage Enterprises will not accept goods that are damaged as result of wrong/poor handling by the customer or after being used by customers. Customers are encouraged to return any defective product together with the purchase receipt or proof of purchase. But we strongly advised our customers to notify us either by call or SMS, immediatelly they checked and certified that product delivered is not okay by them. Also note that we only tolerate 3 Days Return Duration, items return outside this period shall not be honoured unless when we are duelly informed by customers of any difficulties or issues being faced in returning such item outside the 3 days duration. But on NO account will return outside 7 days from the time of receiving the item ordered will be honoured.
Upon the return of the goods, we shall fully examine each item and contact you through email, your contact address or phone call, possibly for replacement of the goods or refund through the same system payment/delivery was made. Please not that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We equally encouraged customers to use "Pay on delivery" option when in any doubt of our product. We at Idealpage strive to deliver beyond expectation and thus our slogan " Delivering Beyond Expectations
